Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • At JalandharWale.com, we aim to provide quality products. Since we deal in cosmetic products, returns are not accepted due to hygiene and safety reasons. However, if the product delivered is damaged or different from what you ordered, we will be happy to exchange it. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery for any such issues. All policies stated herein apply to purchases made on JalandharWale.com, the official website operated by Queen Kart. Once the refund is approved by Queen Kart. It will take 5 to 7 business days to process and credited to your original mode of payment. 
  • Exchanged product  will be delivered within 7 to 10 business working days.

Return or Exchange

  • Since we deal in cosmetic products, returns are not accepted due to hygiene and safety reasons. However, if the product delivered is damaged or different from what you ordered, we will be happy to exchange it. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery for any such issues.

  • To ensure transparency, we require customers to record a complete unboxing video (without any cuts or edits) at the time of opening the package.

  • Any missing or damaged product complaint will be considered valid only if reported within 24 hours of delivery along with the unboxing video.

  • Complaints without this video proof will not be entertained under any circumstance.

Cancellations:

  • Orders can only be cancelled before shipping. Once shipped, no cancellations are allowed.

Exceptions:

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement after verification.

Shipping & Return-to-Origin (RTO)

  • In case of Return-to-Origin (RTO) due to failed delivery attempts or wrong address provided by the customer, the package will be eligible for a refund only after we receive the returned parcel, and a processing time of 48 hours will apply. Shipping amount will not be refunded.

  • Refunds for RTO parcels will be credited to your original payment method after deducting applicable shipping charges.

  • Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer

No Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • As a small and newly launched venture, we are currently selling at very minimal margins. To ensure smooth operations, Cash on Delivery is not available at the moment. We truly hope for your kind support and understanding as we grow. Your trust and encouragement mean everything to us.
